At Orange Tree Children’s Nursery we highly believe in educating the whole of a child. Exposing children to different experiences is one of the most important factor in developing all areas of focus in each child.
At Orange Tree, we follow the International Preschool Curriculum. Our thematic approach covers all areas of learning under the topic in a fun and stimulating way making sure that each area of learning is targeted with a specific objective as the children marvel at the topic. The International Preschool Curriculum, also makes sure that each theme is celebrated in a way that leaves an eternal influence in the life of every child.
Through out the last month, we have been learning all about Under The Sea.
Children spent a great time exploring the under water life and leaning about all its habitat. The children were engrossed and marvelled at one of nature’s amazing creations.
We, ended the theme and celebrated our learning experiences by visiting The Dubai Aquarium. Children were super excited as they walked in the nursery early in the morning. They couldn’t wait to get their name tags on and hair bands that also served as safety information. and, oh!, going on the bus; they rushed and had their seatbelt on filled with an inexpressible joy of what is awaiting them at The Dubai Aquarium.
They arrived at The Dubai Aquarium, and surely a representative for the Dubai Aquarium was waiting to receive them right out the bus and escort them to the Aquarium. The children had a walk through and explanation about the amazing sea creations they encountered. The Dubai Aquarium had also arranged a workshop for the children. They were divided into groups and went through an amazing learning experience. You could only see signs of wonder and awe on their faces. The hardest part of the whole day’s excursion to The Dubai Aquarium was to have the children leave!
A special thank you to the teachers at Orange Tree Children’s Nursery who had organised the day. And, of course, A special thank you too to The Dubai Aquarium for being so hospitable and amazing hosts for our children.
To the Team at The Dubai Aquarium, AMAZING JOB! Keep it up!
Orange Tree can’t wait to visit you again.
